DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING OF ELECTRONIC DEVICESFrom idea to series production.

I-TRONIK is an electronics manufacturer from Mierzyn near Szczecin, Poland. What are you looking for?

01 / SERVICES

Mechanics, electronics and software under one roof.

We plan each step with the next one in mind. That way the housing fits the electronics, the electronics fit the software – and the whole product can be manufactured economically.

01INTEGRATION

The product as a whole

We combine mechanical design, electronics and software into one working solution – from the first model to fully assembled devices.

03ASSEMBLY

SMT / SMD

We place and solder SMD components on our own SMT machines. This lets us start prototypes and series production quickly, in the quantity you need.

04SOFTWARE

Firmware and applications

We develop firmware, touchscreen and Android apps, web panels and automation for businesses. Code and hardware are developed together – not in separate phases.

05MECHANICS

CNC milling and mould making

We mill prototypes, fixtures and production parts. If a part is to be injection moulded, we design and make the aluminium mould for it ourselves.

06PLASTICS / ELASTOMERS

Rubber and plastic parts

We make plastic parts by injection moulding, as well as custom rubber and elastomer parts. We choose the material, hardness, process and tooling to suit the function, geometry, operating conditions and batch size.

UNDER YOUR BRAND

Our devices with your logo.

We can supply Digitime thermostats or our 4.3″ touchscreen device with your logo, and with software tailored to your customers. That gets you to your own product faster than developing one from scratch.

02 / PROCESS

Fewer handovers. Clear responsibility.

Most problems arise at the interfaces between disciplines. At I-TRONIK, mechanical design, electronics, manufacturing and software work hand in hand.

Start with a conversation
  1. 01

    Analysis

We clarify the application, requirements, target quantity and budget. We point out risks before they cost you time and money.

  2. 02

    Design

We develop the mechanical design, electronics and software in parallel. We check every decision with later manufacturing in mind.

  3. 03

    Prototype

We build the first working version, test the key assumptions and improve whatever does not hold up in practice.

  4. 04

    Production ramp-up

We prepare the moulds, CNC and SMT programs, test stations and documentation for repeatable series production.

  5. 05

    Series production

We manufacture, assemble and test the devices. We base the batch size on the product, the process and cost-effectiveness.

03 / FAQ

Before we start.

Every project is different, but these are the questions we hear most often.

Do I need a finished concept or a requirements specification?

No. We can start from a description of what you need, a sketch or an existing prototype. We organise the requirements and prepare the documentation needed for manufacturing.

How do you work with customers outside Poland?

We are based in Mierzyn near Szczecin, Poland, a few kilometres from the German border and about two hours by car from Berlin. Deliveries within the EU involve no customs formalities. We coordinate by e-mail and phone. You can write to us in English, German or Polish.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes. If your project is confidential, we sign an NDA before discussing the details. Your idea stays yours.

Can you take on just one stage?

Yes. We take on the whole process or individual stages – for example, making parts by CNC milling or injection moulding, assembling PCBs or developing the device software.

Can I order just the aluminium mould?

No, we do not sell moulds on their own. We design and make the aluminium mould as a tool for producing your parts in-house, matched to the geometry, material, required quality and planned production volume. Because we make it ourselves and an aluminium mould is cheaper and quicker to make than a steel one, your parts stay low-cost even in small batches.

Do you make custom rubber parts?

Yes, particularly where 3D-printed parts do not meet the requirements for elasticity, damping, sealing or durability. We clarify the operating conditions and quantity, define the material, hardness, geometry and tolerances, and then choose the process and tooling for the project.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed minimum. We make prototypes, one-offs and production runs, and agree the batch size with you after analysing the design, process and cost-effectiveness.

04 / CONTACT

What do you
want to build?

You do not need a finished specification. Describe your idea, your problem or the current state of your project – together we will agree on a sensible next step. You can write to us in English, German or Polish.
