Repair makes most sense when a new module is expensive or no longer available, or when the machine would otherwise be out of action for weeks.
IC and component replacement
Microcontrollers, memory chips, power transistors and other SMD components. SMD soldering and rework are part of our daily work.
Displays and HMI panels
We replace cracked or blank displays, faulty touchscreens and backlights in operator panels.
Power supplies and converters
Switch-mode power supplies, DC/DC converters and charging circuits are a common cause of the whole device failing.
Water and surge damage
We repair broken tracks, torn-off connectors and boards damaged by water or power surges.
Recurring faults
If the same type of board fails in several devices, we repair the whole batch – and if the cause lies in the design, we develop an improved version.

New boards for old machines.
If components are no longer available or repair is no longer worthwhile, we design and make a drop-in replacement for the old board.

Tell us which device the board comes from and describe the fault. Photos of the board and its markings are very helpful.

Shipping
Send the board by courier to I-TRONIK, ul. Gerarda 22, 72-006 Mierzyn, Poland – with no customs formalities within the EU.

Diagnosis and quote
We locate the fault and give you the cost and completion date. We only start the repair after your approval.

We replace faulty components, test the board and send it back ready to install.

Do you also repair consumer electronics or household appliances?
No. We only repair electronics from machines, vehicles, boats and automation systems in commercial use.
When is a repair worthwhile?
Usually when a new module is expensive or no longer available, or when waiting for one would hold up your operations. After the diagnosis, we tell you whether the repair is worthwhile or a new module makes more sense.
Can you repair boards without a schematic?
In many cases, yes. We locate the fault by taking measurements on the board; a schematic or other documentation speeds up the diagnosis.
What if components are no longer made?
We look for a suitable substitute. If that is not possible, we can design and make a new board that replaces the old one in the same device.
