01 / SCOPE
From requirements to a working board.
We take on the complete electronics design or a single stage of it. We assess every decision for its impact on assembly, the housing and manufacturing costs.
Schematic and component selection
We design the schematic with component availability and series production costs in mind.
PCB layout
We match component placement and track routing to the housing, SMT assembly and later testing.
Prototype and testing
We assemble the prototype ourselves, get it running and test it under conditions close to real use.
Firmware
We program the microcontroller: measurement, control, communication and user interface.
Manufacturing documentation
We prepare the manufacturing files and BOM, and build a test station for the finished boards.

Can you improve an existing design?
Yes. We can start from your schematic, PCB or prototype, identify weak points and create an improved revision.
Do you also develop the software?
Yes. We develop the firmware and user interface together with the electronics, so that hardware and code fit together.
How long does electronics design take?
That depends on the complexity of the device. We give you a schedule after the first conversation and a review of the requirements.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If your project is confidential, we sign an NDA before discussing the details. Your idea stays yours.
