Purposes and legal bases
- replying to your enquiry and preparing a quotation – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) or, if you write on behalf of a company, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in communicating with customers and their representatives);

Recipients
Your data may be passed to service providers working for us, e.g. for web hosting and e-mail and, when we fulfil orders, for shipping and accounting. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for as long as the correspondence and discussions about working together continue. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for its duration and afterwards for as long as tax law requires and until any claims become time-barred.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example in your country of residence or with the Polish authority responsible for us: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Do you have to provide data?
Providing your data is voluntary, but without your name, e-mail address and a description we cannot reply to your enquiry. For repairs we also need your company name, as we only accept repairs from businesses. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
