CNC MILLING · PROTOTYPES · LASER MARKINGCNC parts
milled
to order.

We mill prototypes, fixtures and production parts. If a part is to be injection moulded, we design and make the aluminium mould for it. On request, we laser-mark the finished parts.

I-T — CNC MILLING

01 / SCOPE

Parts, housings and tooling for production.

We mill single parts for testing as well as components that go straight into devices.

01

Prototypes

Test parts and first housings, before you invest in a mould.

02

Fixtures

Assembly fixtures, holders and parts for test stations needed in production.

03

Production parts

Small batches of parts that go straight into devices.

04

Aluminium moulds

We design and mill the moulds for your injection-moulded parts ourselves – to suit the geometry, material and batch size. We use them to make your parts here and do not sell them separately.

05

Housings and frames

Device housings and display frames that fit the electronics from the very first version.

06

Design for manufacture

We help adapt the model and drawing so that the part is simpler and cheaper to machine.

02 / LASER MARKING

Laser marking of parts and housings.

We can laser-mark milled parts, housings and front panels as part of the same order. We also mark parts that you supply.

We mark parts for businesses – from prototype to series production.

Enquire about laser marking
  • 01

    Serial numbers and codes

Serial numbers, dates, QR and DataMatrix codes – with sequential numbering on request.

  • 02

    Logos and labels

Logos, plus legends for buttons, connectors and indicators on front panels and housings.

  • 03

    Rating plates

Rating plates with device data – permanent, with no stickers to peel off.

  • 04

    Sample before production

We work with lasers of several wavelengths and choose the right one for each material. Before series production, we mark a sample of your part for your approval.

03 / HOW WE WORK

From model to finished part.

We choose the manufacturing process according to quantity – sometimes a milled part is better, sometimes a mould and injection moulding.

Describe your project
  1. 01

    Model

You send a 3D model, drawing or sketch and describe what the part is for.

  2. 02

    Planning

We agree the material, tolerances and process with you and give you a delivery date and price.

  3. 03

    Machining

We mill the parts ourselves and check the dimensions.

  4. 04

    Delivery

We deliver the finished parts or fit them straight into the device.

05 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Have another question? Write to us or call – we are happy to discuss your project.

What format should I send the model in?

Ideally as a STEP file, together with a dimensioned drawing with tolerances. To get started, a sketch with a description is enough.

Do you make one-off parts?

Yes – prototypes and single parts as well as small batches.

Can I order just the aluminium mould?

No, we do not sell moulds on their own. We design and make the aluminium mould as a tool for producing your parts in-house. Because we make it ourselves and an aluminium mould is cheaper and quicker to make than a steel one, your parts stay low-cost even in small batches.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?

Yes. If your project is confidential, we sign an NDA before discussing the details. Your idea stays yours.

06 / ENQUIRY

What part
do you need?

Describe the part and tell us the quantity. You can send the model or drawing later by e-mail – we will review it and get back to you.
