At what quantity does injection moulding pay off?
That depends on the size and geometry of the part. After reviewing the model, we compare injection moulding with milling and recommend the more economical option.
Can I order just the aluminium mould?
No, we do not sell moulds on their own. We design and make the aluminium mould as a tool for producing your parts in-house. Because we make it ourselves and an aluminium mould is cheaper and quicker to make than a steel one, your parts stay low-cost even in small batches.
Can you help design the part for injection moulding?
Yes. We suggest changes that make moulding easier, e.g. to draft angles, wall thicknesses or joints.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If your project is confidential, we sign an NDA before discussing the details. Your idea stays yours.
