Do you make custom rubber parts?
Yes. We start by analysing the application: we clarify the operating conditions and quantity, specify material, hardness, geometry and tolerances, and then choose the process and tooling for the project.
What do you need for a quotation?
A drawing or 3D model, a description of the operating conditions (e.g. temperature, contact with oil or water, UV radiation) and the quantity.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum. We agree the batch size with you after analysing the part, the process and cost-effectiveness.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If your project is confidential, we sign an NDA before discussing the details. Your idea stays yours.
