01 / SCOPE
Assembly, bring-up and testing in one place.
You do not need separate suppliers for assembly, programming and testing. We can also fit the board straight into its housing.
Small batches
Batches sized to your needs, without the minimum quantities of large manufacturers.
Assembly from your files
We work from your manufacturing files and BOM, and check them for assembly issues before we start.
Bring-up and testing
We program microcontrollers and test the boards – on purpose-built test stations where needed.
Device assembly
On request, we fit the board straight into a CNC-machined or injection-moulded housing and deliver the finished device.
Design changes
If the board needs changes for assembly, we suggest them or create a new PCB revision.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed minimum – we assemble prototypes and small batches. We agree the batch size with you after reviewing the project.
Which files do you need for assembly?
Usually the Gerber files for the PCB, a BOM with manufacturer part numbers and a pick-and-place file. If anything is missing, we will help you prepare it.
Can you also design the board?
Yes. We design electronics from requirements and the schematic to prototype and firmware, and then assemble the boards ourselves.
Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Yes. If your project is confidential, we sign an NDA before discussing the details. Your idea stays yours.
